Living with kids is a challenge in any place and I am happy to live in Domeq. Our baby has access to many things within a small area – there are two well-organized terraces that offer some of the best views of the city, the playground is just next door and the accommodation is surrounded by a green park with a stream just behind the building. The lobby also has everything my daughter needs to make her time here memorable – from a tiny library to a classic Petrof piano, community kitchen and a fun study area.

Domeq was a quick and easy solution for me when I was looking for accommodation from abroad. It has all the services I need: washer, gym, coworking spaces. Living there allowed me to enjoy my time in Brno. (The complex is also close to various shops and the city center.)

Domeq is a perfect place for students and beginner entrepreneurs. You get a furnished apartment that needs only a couple of home goods from IKEA. You live in an environment full of creative people with a positive mindset who speak different languages. And when you need to clear your mind, you can just rest at a terrace, burn some energy in the local gym, or play a pool game.

Domeq is a great place for expats. You can meet people from around the world and learn about different cultures. Tram and bus stops are nearby. You can even walk to the city center. I enjoyed the peaceful environment, especially the Ponávka river. The large windows of Domeq 2 & 3 were my favorite. My room was full of sunlight and comfortably spacious.

Domeq is a place where you can build lifelong friendships with people from all over the globe. A place where you can feel at home in a new city. I loved the newness of the apartments & that all utilities were included, it made life super easy.

After spending 30 days at Domeq, I learned that it’s easy to navigate and very close to my work and everything else I need. Above all, what Domeq and its services signify to me is “saving time”. Things like weekly cleaning services and the exchange of linens help me focus on creating my life’s values through my work.

The building includes a great lobby where you can hang around with your friends and play pool and secure apartments that you can call home.

All you need to do is show up, choose from a variety of services, sign your lease, and – within seconds – you have a comfortable home without worries, with internet and things that will be repaired for you if they break. Life here is easy and the atmosphere is amazing.

I love the environment and how Domeq is functioning with a full service provided by the reception. There is a cooking area, playing and rest area, private fitness and more. It’s a perfect place for me, as it’s close to everything – shopping malls, supermarkets, and the city center.
